Francesca Di Fazio
Francesca Di Fazio is a postdoctoral researcher in performance studies at the University Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3, as part of the ERC PuppetPlays project. She obtained her PhD at the University Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3 in cotutelle with Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, with the thesis La marionnette et son drame. Les dramaturgies pour le théâtre de marionnettes contemporain en France et en Italie (1980-2020). She qualified as International Dramaturg at the Iolanda Gazzerro Theatre School of ERT Emilia-Romagna Teatro. She is on the editorial board of Calapranzi, a column of the online journal Stratagemmi-Prospettive Teatrali, which has created a series of publications of current theatre texts edited by Nowhere Books. She is also interested in contemporary dramaturgy as a playwright.
